How much is diagnostic?
$60 — waived completely when you approve the repair.
How long do repairs take?
Standard turnaround is ~3 business days once parts arrive.
Need it faster?
Add Priority Service for $45 — skips the queue, often same-day or next-day.
Do you offer pickup & delivery?
Yes. Free during promotional events (watch Facebook & Google). Otherwise available for a small fee.
Do you repair Apple devices?
Yes — MacBooks, iMacs, board-level micro-soldering, chip-level programming, and more.
Do you fix no-power, liquid damage, or broken screens?
Absolutely — dead motherboards, spills, cracked screens and more.
Data & Virus Protection
Will my files stay safe?
Yes — we never access your personal data unless requested for recovery/transfer.
Can you recover deleted or corrupted data?
Yes. Logical recovery is done in-house; physical issues go to our partner Class-100 cleanroom.
Do you remove viruses, ransomware, and pop-ups?
Yes — flat-rate removal + fresh antivirus installation.
Custom Builds & Upgrades
Do you build custom PCs?
Yes — gaming rigs, workstations, editing setups, CAD builds — tailored to your budget and needs.
Can you upgrade my slow computer?
Most likely — SSD upgrades, RAM, and performance tune-ups can revive older machines.

Do you provide IT support for businesses?
Yes — managed IT plans, network design, servers, VoIP, wireless, CCTV, access control, cybersecurity training, and 24/7 monitoring. On-site or remote.

Warranties
Repair warranty:
30 days on labour + 90 days on parts.
New products & custom builds:
Minimum 90-day CDC defect warranty + full manufacturer warranty. Extended 1/2/3/5-year plans available.
Payments & Pricing
How does pricing work?
After a 10–15 minute triage we give you a firm repair quote. Many jobs are flat-rate.
Payment methods:
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Financing, and approved business POs.
Remote & After-Hours
Do you offer remote support?
Yes — $60/hour (1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments).
Recycling & Community
Can I recycle my old computer?
Yes — free drop-off anytime. We’re an official ERA depot.

My computer won’t turn on — is it dead?
Usually not! 9/10 times it’s a simple power or RAM issue.
Do you fix consoles, drones, or other electronics?
Yes — PS5, Xbox, Switch, DJI drones, and industrial/farming boards.
Do you offer student or senior discounts?
Yes — just mention it at drop-off.
